What started with a spoiled brat being put on off-planet suspension due to being-an-annoyance crimes quickly became much, much more. Dragons were already being brough back to Traaka, genetically modified to fit the natural terrain, and bonded on their own.. but Xeen wanted something more grand. He started with his own ship; already huge but upgraded to house multiple biospheres with artificial environments suited to dragons of all shapes and sizes, as well as the crew that more often than not were bonded to them- some of the dragons even became crew themselves as time went on. Soon the needs and growth of the ship were being stressed to the limits, and Xeeng used his family status- and wealth- to outright buy the smallest and nearest Traakan moon.

Terraforming the dead, rocky surface to a much more livable one for the majority of creatures and soon after having a gigantic facility constructed that was quickly dubbed the Traakan Dragonry. It provided support for dragonkind and those who bonded or interacted with them in these far reaches of space, as well as scientists and researchers whos goal was to improve the life of all living beings on the moon.

Just as it started with the ship adding biospheres to its structure, the Dragonry did as well on a much larger scale- gigantic bubbles of technology providing fine tuned environments to suit the needs and wants of the inhabitants. Dragonkind from all over who needed a place to live knew they would be welcome there and protected. A central hub for visitors was set up in the center of many of the biospheres, making the Dragonry not only a home and research facility but a somewhat popular vacation spot for those who were so inclined to visit..
